Exuding strength and elegant modernity, the building employs a distinctive terracotta blade form which echoes the historic brickmaking narrative of the area while counterbalancing the sleek architecture of the buildings bulk.

The outcome is a striking beacon within the cityscape, softened by landscaping to activate the rich tapestry of its built and native surroundings.
